Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection Work

Shalini Fab Tech India Pvt Ltd successfully executed the structural steel fabrication and erection work for Phase 1 of the Buhler India Pvt Ltd facility located in the K.I.D.A.B Industrial Area, Attibele, Bangalore. The project involved approximately 350 MT of structural steel, forming a large industrial facility with a floor dimension of 200m x 120m, designed to support high-capacity manufacturing operations.

The execution of this project demanded meticulous planning and coordination, as the work was carried out in defined phases with specific milestones. Our team mobilized the required manpower, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure smooth progress across each stage of construction. The use of mobile cranes and efficient erection techniques played a key role in maintaining accuracy and achieving structural stability over large spans.

Completed within 80 days, this project highlights Shalini Fab Tech’s capability in handling milestone-driven industrial developments with confidence and efficiency.
