Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection Work

Shalini Fab Tech India Pvt Ltd executed the structural steel fabrication and erection work for the John Flower factory building located in the Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore. The project involved approximately 200 MT of structural steel, designed across a 20m x 102m, 2-bay structure, supporting industrial operations with a functional and efficient layout.

One of the most critical aspects of this project was the rapid execution of the main factory block within a tight timeframe. The erection of beam trusses in each bay required precise coordination and was successfully carried out using a 14-meter military crane, making it a technically challenging and time-sensitive operation. Despite the constraints, the team ensured proper alignment, safety, and structural stability throughout the process.

Completed within 120 days, this project stands as a reflection of Shalini Fab Tech’s ability to handle demanding site conditions and complex erection activities with confidence. The successful delivery highlights our strength in executing fast-track industrial projects while maintaining quality and precision at every stage.
