Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection Work

Shalini Fab Tech India Pvt Ltd successfully executed the structural steel fabrication and erection work for the Tape Industries project located in the Doddaballapur Industrial Area. The project involved approximately 350 MT of structural steel, forming a large industrial shed designed to accommodate extensive production and operational activities.

The structure, with a floor dimension of 55m x 90m, required precise fabrication and well-planned erection to ensure stability across wide spans. One of the key highlights of this project was the use of a 14-meter mobile crane, making it one of the significant executions in our early portfolio and showcasing our capability to handle large-scale lifting and installation challenges efficiently.

Completed within 60 days, the project reflects Shalini Fab Tech’s strength in executing demanding industrial structures with speed and accuracy. The finished facility stands as a testament to our ability to deliver robust, well-engineered solutions while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
