Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection Work

Shalini Fab Tech India Pvt Ltd executed the structural steel fabrication and erection work for the Volvo Bus Body Company facility located at Yalachahally, Hoskote, Bangalore. This large-scale project involved approximately 1250 MT of structural steel, forming a major industrial complex designed to support advanced bus manufacturing and assembly operations.

Spread across extensive building areas of 220m x 110m and 80m x 160m, the project demanded detailed planning, phased execution, and seamless coordination across multiple work fronts. The erection process was carried out using mobile cranes of various capacities, ensuring efficient handling of heavy structural components while maintaining accuracy and safety at every stage. Our team mobilized significant resources, including skilled manpower, truss systems, and infrastructure, to meet defined milestones across the project timeline.

Completed over a duration of 300 days, this project stands as one of the most significant achievements in our portfolio.
